I am a wife and young mother of three children. I’ve worked in childcare for the past 6 years and am well practiced in early childhood development, childhood nutrition, and early childhood education. I am a recent graduate from ELA Calgary’s Nutritional Science Program of witch I graduated with an award of excellence. During my education at ELA we covered multiple areas of nutrition ie. chemistry, biology, physiology, prenatal nutrition, childhood and adolescent nutrition, sports nutrition, meal planning, nutritional coaching, and other areas of health related to diet and lifestyle.
