Accounts Receivable: Daily invoicing, providing accurate freight and sales tax cost, building relationships with customers, driving and tracking cash flow, support management shape initial customer terms and credit limit, responsible for placing customers on and off credit hold, responsible for increasing/decreasing customer credit limit and terms, invoice RMA’s/Credits, manage and approve: credit cards, ACH payments, PayPal, and wire transfers, reconciling bank reports, driving and tracking the aged receivables report, contacting customers weekly for past-due invoices, provide adjustments and GL codes for accurate AR balancing, daily bank deposits, correlate with sales and shipping personnel’s to manage all orders are paid and shipped on timeAccounts Payable: data gathering, data entry, invoicing, determining accurate GL accounts, directly work with buyer on price discrepancies, expense reports, building relationships with vendors, providing accurate freight and sales tax cost, tracking and driving “received but not invoiced” data, fluent with ERP systems, contacting vendors with unit cost discrepancies, provide adjustments and GL codes for accurate AP balancingProjects and Event Support: organize, plan, and attend events and meetings, provide supplies inventory for work events, support management on various projects, training interns, utilizing Excel and Microsoft word, designing work event advertisements, track weekly inventory and purchase all office supplies, support Human Recourse Manager with various projects and tasks
