As a college student that has worked their entire way through school, I have been able to develop hard skills, and enchance my soft skills experientially, all in addition to recieving my education. My college journey began in 2020, when I decided to take a gap year to gain clarity about my life's direction. I studied abroad in Canada for a year and learned about the various cultures in the North, while navigating the difficulties of living on my own in a foreign country at age eighteen in the middle of a Pandemic.In 2021, I moved back to California to begin my degree. I attended Merced College for two years and maintained a 4.0 GPA while working various jobs and internships as an Administrative Office Assistant, and Human Resources Recruitment Technician.In 2023, I transferred to Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota. I currently work as a Building Manager for Atwood Memorial Center at Saint Cloud State, and I plan to graduate in Spring of 2025 with my Bachelor's degree in English, and a minor in Business.
