JLA is a provider of the distribution, rental and servicing of commercial and industrial laundry and catering equipment. Responsibilities:• Directly responsible for managing the department inbox, including solving issues from external and internal sources. Ensuring efficient operation of office procedures, systems and the company databases.• Effective communication with suppliers, engineers, subcontractors and customers in a call desk environment. Problem solving to resolve customer complaints while prioritising customer/client needs.• Liaising with appropriate team members in order to successfully resolve customer issues and queries.• Training and support of new team members.

Calderdale College is a local community college, it contains two available kitchens one servicing the main school body and another for the sixth form. These were in service through morning break and lunch. • Using catering equipment safely and correctly to prepare and display food within a limited working space and then serve to customers in an efficient, friendly manner.• Working quickly under limited time conditions without mistakes while retaining good quality results.• Taking direction from team members in order to complete tasks within the timeframe.• Cleaning the dining area, kitchen premises and kitchen equipment. Storing goods correctly while maintaining food stocks used on a rotational basis. Counting and recording the take after each day.
