This included inspecting returned devices, creating tolerance stack ups, developing test procedures and redesigning parts using CAD. • Examined and determined cause of failure for returned devices. • Developed troubleshooting protocol for new device in order to transfer complaint analysis duties from R&D to PMQA.• Manage calibration of Lab equipment.
