- Management of the day to day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions- Liaison with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, & Maintenance departments- Ensure service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas- Ensure profitability is maximized- Ensure customer/guest and staff needs are met- Ensure all billing is accurate and correct monies are collected- Induct new staff into the team, department and Hotel in the first week of their employment following guidelines

- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure- Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate- Assist guests with queries, maintaining excellent service standards- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety- Receive incoming calls to the Hotel and distribute to guests and staff- Receive calls from in-house guests and assist with their requests

- Consistently practices exceptional customer service- Knowledge of and contributes to daily sales and KPI targets- Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers- Partner with teammates on tasks processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities- Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards- Act in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times

- Opening and closing of store- Sandwich making- Food preparation & baking- Cash handling & POS usage- Staff Training & shift supervising
