Counseled Darden alumni regarding Alumni Career Services resources. Coordinated and attended Career Transitions Workshops and Reentering the Workforce Workshops. Guided employers recruiting Darden Alumni.

Developed and maintained relationships with employers interested in recruiting U.Va. students and alumni. Coordinated daily activities for the On-Grounds Interviewing program. Trained students, staff and employers on use of Career Services' new recruiting management system. Collected and analyzed data for reporting statistics and identifying trends.

Developed and executed strategies and marketing efforts for university recruiting of entry-level consulting candidates. Built relationships and served as the point of contact for university career center personnel, university faculty, and student organizations. Reviewed resumes to assess fit against entry-level profile, interviewed candidates and made next step decisions. Served as primary information resource for recruits throughout the interviewing process. Provided semi-annual recruiting updates at office-wide meetings (400+ attendees).
