Lease analysis for J.Crew, Madewell, and Factory stores:- Prepare lease-related correspondence, including estoppels, SNDA’s and landlord notices- Review and process monthly rent billings, confirming rent steps and escrow increases- Audit lease accounts and review reconciliations for common area maintenance, real estate tax, insurance, and utilities- Review and interpret lease language in order to answer internal inquiries and settle disputes with landlords

Procure construction materials, fixtures, and visual elements for new or remodeled stores.Review architectural plans and shop drawings for accuracy and clarity. Perform take offs from plans.Execute 10+ fixture rollouts annually, while driving vendors to on-time and on-budget project completion.
