My work history has been spent pushing comfort zones and working cross-functionally. I do not ask questions to just get the answer I need at that moment but to gain knowledge for the future. This allowed me to receive a better understanding regarding chargebacks and various Compliance duties. I picked up various job tasks as needed, allowing me to learn new skills such as writing SQL queries and discovering new tools and formulas in Excel. I took ownership of processing payments for various countries as well as closing accounts. My editing skills were utilized for various company documents and support center communication. I took these skills to future jobs which allowed me to hone my time management skills as I became the only person in the Pricing department.
