Oversee and guide the Business Office, Patient Financial Services in the leadership and management of most business related functions. Specific areas of the Revenue Cycle include charges, payment application, insurance claim billing and processing. Additionally, accountable for the Business Office Self Pay Call Center and Collections process and Financial Assistance Program. Participate in policy implementation and updates, financial meetings, budget process and monthly re-projections. Yearly staff evaluations. Direct the implementation and maintenance of our collection software ensuring delinquent accounts are contacted.

~Develops, implements and evaluates the department strategic plan. ~Participates in creating and evaluating affiliate budget. ~Responsible for reviewing and monitoring monthly financials for trends. ~Participates as a member of the Senior Management Team; ~Oversee the hiring and recruiting of Clinic Managers and Quality Assurance Manager; ensures high quality, cost effective and efficient clinical services are offered in compliance with state, federal and PPFA standards and guidelines throughout the affiliate. ~Work closely with the Medical Director, Quality Assurance/Risk Management Coordinator to ensure high quality medical care and compliance with all state, federal, and PPFA standards, guidelines and other regulations. Participate in affiliate medical committee meetings.~Work in conjunction with center management staff to ensure that clinical services staff understand and follow budgetary procedures.~Work in conjunction with Medical Director in overseeing the medical aspects of training program for clinical services staff, including center managers, center assistants, surgical assistants and Clinicians. ~Work closely with Quality Assurance/Risk Management to ensure compliance of the QA/RM programs. ~Work closely with CFO to establish pricing, review monthly financials and develop affiliate budgets ~Work with billing department to implement collections module within the new software system.~Responsible for overseeing all grants directly related to clinical services, this would include the clinical aspects of all Title X and PPFA audits
