I am a seasoned Real Estate agent in the apartment rental industry as an 'apartment locator.' I have been in this business going on 32 years, serving countless clients. When someone contacts me needing a rental, I interview them re: number of bedrooms, desired rental rate, occupancy date, what amenities they are seeking such as washer/dryer connections, carport, garage, etc. I then plug their information into my database and pull properties that meet their specifications. I call the apartment managers of those properties and get real time information and then email that to my client for their review. My service is FREE to the public. My clients must list me on their guest cards and lease application as their referral source, which authorizes the management of their chosen property to pay me out of their advertising budget.
