Project Administrator
Current(August 2017-Present) I have taken a new role in Dufferin Construction as a PA. Where I will be working with Construction Supervisors and Coordinators as well with Accounts Payable. I receive and enter good receipts from all jobs sites and match them with the invoicing when received. I make sure the invoice is correct (pricing, quantity, hours etc) and is for the appropriate job site.
I create POs, create new vendors, and book trucking for various job sites.
As well I run an office by doing office admin duties such as order office supplies and PPE supplies for the workers, new hires, arrange services when the office needs it (overhead costs)
Payroll/Office Clerk (June 2017-September 2018)
Work in the head office at Royel Paving which is owned by CRH Canada Group Inc. - Dufferin Construction. I do daily hourly payroll for the employees of Royel Paving and for Dufferin North using Citrix, where it is sent to Dufferin Construction head office to be processed. I also help answer the phones and handle with walk in customers when needed on the scales with Dufferin Construction (Asphalt) and Dufferin Aggregates.
