After only being on the team for 3 months, I was ranked 5th out of 67 agents for metrics and awarded top performer for the month of November. I am my team’s Digital Champion, assisting coworkers with how to communicate the ease of self-service through our digital outlets with clients. I am also the Systems Access Champion, helping with resetting passwords and reminding coworkers to access systems they do not use every day.

After less than a year, I became the go-to person for any questions by my co-workers or tasks from my managers, as well as the first person to help with computer issues before calling our IT department. I left the company to become a stay-at-home-mom for my two children.
