Project Management has been my area of expertise for over 17 years. I've enjoyed several learning and growth opportunities from working in a large mutli-specialty medical group, working at a large northwest health plan and most recently at a value added reseller for physician office software for 20 years in roles as Support Representative to Support Lead, Support Services Manager, Director of Project Management and most recently, Director of athenaPractice Services. The key highlights of this role were:· Successful oversight of athenaPractice services department team members including project managers, trainers, portal specialists, quality consultants and EDI specialists. · Responsible for all service delivery and oversight of budget, operations and technical projects for Quatris HealthCo. · Process creation and improvement with thoughtful and concise delivery to internal and external customers.
