Managing the day to day customer experience and commercial activities for BASEC clients.Responsibilities-Providing a single point of contact for client queries and enquiries, from quotations, to testing & on-going approvals-Arranging client meetings with our Regional Sales Manager-Guiding clients through the certification and approval process-Creating quotations quickly and efficiently -Developing strong client relationships

Responsibilities- Managing new business leads and enquires. -Issuing and processing documentation for existing and potential new clients. -Ensure proposals are financially, technically and procedurally accurate.-supporting colleagues and clients, helping smooth running of business. -Health and safety responsibilities

Responsibilities-Completing & updating internal documentation-Sending letters, emails & enquiry forms to new & existing clients-Preparing and filing job packs for auditors-Updating planning board-Logging complaints-Archiving-Booking hotels, flights, taxi’s etc. -Managing new client’s design/document control programme-Management of email system
