Manage resident and prospect relations. Oversee day to day operations of apartment community. Process payables, credit card consolidation, generate owners’ reports, payroll/bonus structure, accruals, collections, budgets, marketing, etc. Ensure property is well kept and all issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Maintain a happy, productive and well-organized team.

Ensure team is providing quality care for infants and toddlers. This includes meeting the physical and emotional needs of the infants in our care. Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the facility on a regular basis. Provide customer service to current and potential parents. Paperwork and service logging.
