Over my 17 years in the Health and Social Care sector, I have worked closely with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Manager and Head of Care. My commitment to delivering high-quality care is what truly motivates me every day.I was put forward as a peripatetic manager to support services in crisis.I develop, oversee and implement Quality Assurance Frameworks ensuring the audits support CQC regulation. I have led large teams through challenging, organisational change while consistently meeting the needs of each service and client group. I am a resilient leader, embody integrity, compassionate, and I have the ability to empower others in the way I support and encourage. I lead by example, fostering positive cultural change within management teams and across all staff levels.
