Collect, caculate, enter and maintain all payroll and accounts receivable information for a staffing agency with four office locations and 60 clients, who employ 750+ of Act I's hourly employees. Collaborate with staffing coordinators across agency to collect timecards and distribute payroll checks on a weekly basis. Serve as a main point of contact for employees requesting information about their paycheck and clients with billing questions. Liase with bank to manage check register and approve checks for payment weekly.

Served as first point of contact for all current and prospective customers visiting or calling the office of four Nationwide insurance agents. Made sales calls to prospective customers to guage their interest in receiving a quote or purchasing an auto, home, or life insurance policy.

Assisted Director of Student Services with coordinating events and served as first point of contact for students and visitors entering the main campus office. Maintained student files and fielded inquiries about transcripts, applications,loans and payment.
