I also had a brief but impactful stint as a Christmas temp at a boutique hotel further enriching my understanding of guest relations and service delivery.It was during my time at Bridgfords' flagship Hacienda branch in Manchester that I discovered my true passion for the housing industry. As a Lettings Negotiator, I thrived on the fast-paced nature of the role, eventually transitioning to two smaller, family-run agencies to gain and insight into how a smaller agency business operates. These experiences not only expanded my skill set but also allowed me to delve into business development, further enhancing my capabilities.Now, having gone full circle and returned to Countrywide, I am excited to put into action my comprehensive industry knowledge and leadership skills to drive success and growth at Entwistle Green.
