Currently I work as a customer insight coordinator which consists of pulling data together in an accessible format, recreating existing excel based reports and looking for new and innovative ways to interpret the data to aid in the continuous improvement of the services offered to families. Data received through our Customer Care touch points is vital to enable the continuous growth of the business therefore collating and presenting this data in an accessible format will allow all areas to learn from what our families are experiencing and ensure a well-rounded insight. Daily I support the team to work collaboratively, using data to reduce the chance of duplication. When families express dissatisfaction at an early stage, I ensure we are in a position to respond to this feedback and resolve issues by analyzing the feedback to avoid progressing to complaint or family voicing frustration via alternative methods such as social media.
