As Listing Coordinator I was responsible for compiling all information needed to input a Real Estate listing into the MRIS (MLS) system when a client was ready to go on the market. Some of the responsibilities included, coordinating the photographer, editing photos, generating a description of the property for marketing purposes, entering the listing, setting up showing instructions within the Centralized Showing Service system, making sure marketing websites were properly updated with the listing and helping to answer questions from buyers and agents about the property.
