Report to President and Owner of the company. Responsible for managing each project per client goals with supervision of part time consultants, as applicable. Collaborate with other Senior Associates on larger client projects. Work with clients to provide affordable services to meet their needs. Manage budgets for each client, including billable hours, travel, and other expenses. Conduct grant writing as needed for business development. Regularly develop and deliver professional development workshops for teachers, as well as tutors and teachers in training. Network with school administrators, educational professionals, and teachers for community outreach purposes.
