Content creator, mental and physical health advocate with a body neutral approach to fitness and the sports of crossfit and olympic weightlifting. My main aims are to encourage and inspire others to get into fitness no matter what their current fitness level is or how they feel about their body. I strongly believe we all deserve to feel good and find forms of activity we enjoy. I create raw, real and authentic content on the topics of mental health, body image, eating disorders, social media and its challenges and many more. I'm interested in working with brands that align with my message and want to make a positive change in the world. I also offer public speaking for schools, colleges and organisations on any of the topics above. Especially navigating the new challenges social media brings for those of us that struggle with body image. I also offer public speaking for businesses wanting to engage with social media marketing or influencer marketing. As well as consultations for anyone wanting to grow their business on social media platforms such as instagram, I specialise in the fitness niche and art and creative businesses.
