I am the TMS System Administrator assigned to one of BluJay's Logistics as a Service (LaaS) customers. I provide data compilation and analysis, system fixes and improvements as well as recommendations of new modules in the TMS to utilize that are not being used.Throughout my time at BluJay Solutions, I've become a resident expert on the TMS' appointment scheduling module, training documentation creation for both carrier and shipper users, carrier scorecard setup & execution, and third party tracking provider setup and testing.Recently, I have been assisting implement new LaaS customers as a TMS subject matter expert. I'll provide guidance and recommendations as necessary on how to best transfer the customer's current day-to-day processes and any immediate improvements as seamlessly as possible prior to their go-live date.

I was part of the team that transitioned an acquisition (Medrad Inc, a supplier of MRI and CT injectors) from the Pittsburgh area to the South Bend, IN area and created the new Radiology & Interventional division of Bayer Healthcare.In this role, I was responsible for taking orders from various hospitals and distributors via fax, email and phone call. This task took a thorough understanding of SAP's sales and order processing module along with superb communication skills. Being part of a call center also comes with the task of solving customer problems, such as price discrepancies and shipment errors.I was appointed as the liaison and subject matter expert for the Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX). This is a third party EDI transaction company that Bayer contracts with on an annual basis. I worked on setting customers up for electronic transactions through the exchange and partner with GHX itself to solve problems going on between systems.Other tasks I have learned immensely from are as follows:-I have gained expertise in communicating with customers regarding vendor forms and specific information they may need to update their system to say Bayer Healthcare vs. Medrad. This required reaching out to multiple different departments internally; such as Human Resources, Sales and Legal; to determine unknown areas of information that a customer may require. I then created reference sheets that were able to be shared externally with common questions customers have and passed the knowledge onto the rest of my coworkers.-I have also gotten an in depth understanding of customer master data and the different possible layouts in SAP for major distributors and hospital systems. I am able to determine different areas in a customer's master data that are creating errors and fix them accordingly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply my classroom education to real life experience. I am learning a considerable amount about SAP, material management and customer service in the automotive supplier industry.I assist the warehouse supervisor with various responsibilities including DDL, eliminating blocked billing, utilizing excel, creating labels and other materials management tasks.

I teach children from age five to sixteen the basics of gymnastics skills. I use my leadership skills to keep classes running smoothly and effectively. This position has also helped me to learn to articulate my thoughts more successfully than ever before.

In this postition, I alter records to corresponding book invoices in order to prepare them to be put in the library. I utilize ERP systems such as Voyager and OCLC Connexion programs to make sure the public would get the new books in a swift and timely manner.
