- Manage all aspects of large, up to 4,500 attendees, and private events from conception to completion including event timelines, logistical information, vendor management and cultivation charts- Create, manage and maintain event budgets to ensure accurate reporting to Board of Directors and Executive Leadership and to meet and exceed goals that are established- Assist with creation of marketing materials to align with agency’s marketing campaign and brand
