Corporate Customer Relations Representative
- Primary customer contact and liaison between OxyChem’s interests and maintaining high levels of service for Corporate Accounts in Basic Chemicals
- Develop and maintain productive customer relationships and win customer loyalty through managing inventory and shipments
- Proactively communicate with the customer order issues due to production delays, shipping delays, railroad delays or lead time
- Work closely with Demand Chain, plant personal and truck or rail operations to ensure on-time customer shipments and deliveries
- Responsible for resolving customer issues by identifying root cause, problem solving, and implementing preventive measures
- Relays customer material forecasts to demand chain and appropriate business managers
