My passion for wine, craft beer and spirits began when I was in my early 20’s and living in Northern California. After o pursue and grow my wine knowledge I started my career Working for HEB (a Texas grocery chain) as a Cooking Connections Chef, my job was to cook food with wine parings and hand sell to customers. I was promoted to Wine Steward then promoted to Beer and Wine Manager just over a year and a half. It was while running my department that I deepened my wine knowledge exponentially and ignited an entirely new passion for customer hospitality and business. For the last three years I have taught wine classes, helped hundreds of customers find their perfect bottle of wine or craft beer, attended Quarterly tastings/trainings with some of the top wine makers and craft beer brewers as well as the biggest vendors in the industry. I have planned and executed sales events, ordered and maintained proper levels of inventory with numbers exceeding $300,000 and managed vendors. I have grown a broken business into a successful one: breaking sales records, by building a customer base that solidly exceeded sales goals and budgets at every turn. My passion for wine, craft beer and spirits has transformed into a pursuit of smart business and networking towards fruitful goals for whatever challenge is placed in front of me next. This year I obtained my Bachelors Degree and my WSET 2 with merit, that combined with my 3 years of business department management I am ready to grow your business and take it past your expectations.
