Director Of Donor Marketing
Current- Lead the donor marketing team of professional staff, helping each flourish and make their bestcontribution to the Cru mission.
- Develop an annual direct marketing strategy and manage its execution. Lead the strategic andcreative planning process for donor marketing within US Development.
- Provide fundraising consulting, strategy, on-site training, and expertise to other Cru ministryleaders and development departments.
- Manage an internal Cru marketing agency by providing all “agency” functions necessary toaccomplish development objectives and create significant cost savings.
- Develop income and expense pro-form for the overall program and individual strategies.
- Provide input to the creative process for every US Development and fundraising effort includingthe creative brief, attending all creative meetings, reviewing and editing copy and art.
