Current• Lead the donor marketing team of professional staff, helping each flourish and make their bestcontribution to the Cru mission.• Develop an annual direct marketing strategy and manage its execution. Lead the strategic andcreative planning process for donor marketing within US Development. • Provide fundraising consulting, strategy, on-site training, and expertise to other Cru ministryleaders and development departments.• Manage an internal Cru marketing agency by providing all “agency” functions necessary toaccomplish development objectives and create significant cost savings. • Develop income and expense pro-form for the overall program and individual strategies. • Provide input to the creative process for every US Development and fundraising effort includingthe creative brief, attending all creative meetings, reviewing and editing copy and art.• Lead a fundraising testing and learning culture within US Development so results can be broadly shared with Cru ministries.
