With over 10 years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, and candidate experience, I am passionate about the onboarding and new hire journey, and dedicated to retaining top talent for ConnectiveRx, a leader in patient support and adherence services. As the Manager of Candidate Experience, I guide many aspects of the internal and external candidates' process, from the day they accept a job or promotion, through the first 90 days in the position. I work cross-functionally to ensure ConnectiveRx provides a best-in-class onboarding and orientation experience to our employees, using design thinking and innovation principles to create and improve processes, tools, and resources. I also support performance management and career-pathing initiatives and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
