As a project manager at the Learning Wave, I oversee the delivery of our learning products to clients and their learners. I now manage 4-5 administrators and client managers within the company which will expand over the next few months. I am also in charge of recruitment and hiring process for administrative staff and tutor/consultants. I worked as the Clinic Manager at a busy natural health care centre in Onehunga. My role was general management of staff and between 120-150 clients coming through the practice daily. I am was in charge of administrative duties including account management, invoicing, filing, advertising and marketing. I handled client relations and acted as a liaison between clients and the chiropractor. I also organised and maintained the patient booking system, assisted with technical chiropractic assessments, supervised patient exercise and ligament work, organised workshops and seminars and developed special events such as Health Expos.

I have managed two voting places on Election Day (in 2011 and 2014) and work two other elections (in 2008 and 2005) as an issuing point officer. As a Voting Place Manager, my responsibilities included pre-election assessment of the location, set up and organisation of the facility for Election day, instructing and leading a team of 10 election officers, supervising party scrutineers, problem solving, greeting and assisting voters, administering all different types of votes, directing the counting process and collecting, organising and transporting the votes and results at the end of the day.
