As an Area Trainer it is my responsibility to identify visual talent and create action plans to further develop. I work closely with my trainees to ensure their meeting adequate H&M standards for the Visual Merchandiser role and providing feedback to implement into future commercial actions. The action plans are closely monitored to ensure I’m setting my trainees up for success to lead their own stores!

Visual Merchandiser Key-holder responsibilities are to ensure the store is set to up-to-date commercial actions and planning accordingly to ensure the actions have proper prep and executions.•The visual role is responsible for the prep, execution and upkeep of the window displays•Visual morning routines to ensure the hot spot customer areas are up to date with current commercial pages and store conditions • Partnering with Dms/Sms on upcoming commercial planning and coming up with actions plans to prep and execute •Developing the team commercially and identify visual talent •keyholder performs in the absence of a store manager / department manager or supervisor

Responsible for the upkeep of commercial displays Day-to-day responsibilities include walking displays to secure a clean and seamless shopping experience for the customer -making sure seasonality and the most up to date product is front and center of hot traffic areas
