Bethany commenced her working life in Real Estate doing business administration, property management, and sales roles over a 5 year period before turning her attention to the Law. After obtaining her legal qualifications, Bethany worked in commercial litigation dealing with a wide range of areas including business, property, neighbours, contracts, insurance, bankruptcy, insolvency, debt recovery, and consumer law. Later, Bethany also practiced in Family Law and Wills and Estates. The experience Bethany gained working in such a wide variety of areas has given her an understanding of business and life allowing her to personally relate to the needs her clients.After nearly a decade practicing law in various law firms Bethany took an extended break to focus on her health, spend time with family, and build her own business.“Practicing law can be very stressful. The Budgets are high and often long hours are required and that significantly impacts lifestyle and family time. I want to build a life that is family focused and a career where I can prioritise my client’s needs without worrying about my budget and that is why I founded Rhea Law.”Bethany married the love of her life, David in 2019 and they live together with their beloved Pug, Zola in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast. Outside of practicing law, Bethany enjoys gardening, cooking, puzzles, arts and crafts, and the beach.
