For the past 12 years I have worked and trained as a professional dancer, company manager, Entertainments Manager and I am currently the Learning & Development Manager for the south coast with Parkdean Resorts. I am a confident, hardworking, reliable indivdual which an extreme passion for the creative & hospitality Industry in which I have been lucky enough to make my career. I pride myself with my confidence and organisation skills which allow me to embrace every challenge with an open mind. I have found that over the years of constant employment that I can easily adapt in order to achieve success for myself and team around me. My career has allowed me not only to perform but to take on the creative role within production, I have choreographed several shows, including Highway to the 80s, Soul & Rock Sounds. In addition to performing, I have created and managed my own dance academy which has required intense organisation and self motivation.My passion is to continue developing my career within hospitality management gaining a exceptional amount of knowledge throughout the industry and exceeding in many challenges and opportunities that come my way.
