Mary’s Meals is an international charity with a simple idea that works. That by providing a daily meal in a place of learning, we can attract children into the classroom, where they can access an education that can set them free from poverty in later life. From feeding just 200 children in 2002, the organisation has grown rapidly in 22 years and now feeds more than 2.4 million children every school day in 18 countries.

I work in the Ambassador team, recruiting and managing Ambassadors from our Programme countries.

Working with our partners in Kenya, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, India, Thailand, Benin, Ecuador, and Myanmar to deliver school feeding programmes.

I worked in the PR department, translating academic content into accessible messaging, creating engaging and compelling multimedia content to drive user engagement with Emerald products, building brand awareness, and driving usage and citations.

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is responsible for the £1 billion West Yorkshire Plus Transport Fund, works closely with business in the region through the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership to ensure that business and the regional economy is at the heart of the decisions taken.WYCA brings together the public sector in the form of the five West Yorkshire districts plus York, and the business sector through the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP). It also incorporates the former Passenger Transport Executive (Metro). My role involved leading user-focused campaigns to promote WYCA's products and services, through a range of media, including social and traditional.
