Responsible for improving Accountable Care Team (Provider) engagement. Work with ACT partners including physicians, nurses, physician assistants, medical assistants, administrative staff and management to drive awareness and adoption of value based care by positively influencing ACT behavior. Plays a critical role in fortifying the collaborative relationships needed to improve quality and cost utilization across practices within the Medicare Advantage teams. Guidance of practice transformation through observation, review and best practice recommendations and coaching on closure in gaps in care. Provides subject matter expertise in program development and implementation of initiatives. Establishes strong personal relationships with ACT teams and develops and delivers programs, training and content adoption to clients.

Manage clinical trial protocols for medicines treating mental health issues. Coordinate with client pharmaceutical companies, their medical directors and outside clinical research organizations (CROs) to complete regulatory documents for start-up clinical trials. Source and organize needed equipment, tools and supplies. Use social media campaigns, marketing collateral and current database records to solicit patient volunteers. Conduct screening interviews to assure patients meet basic eligibility requirements.Educate patients on medications, activities, responsibilities, side effects and study length. Schedule second visits; complete intake paperwork and medical histories; take vital signs and enter patient information into database. Verify patient eligibility with medical personnel. Collect data from patient questionnaires completed at each study phase over 1 month to 2 years. Complete end-of-study documents and transmit data to client pharmaceutical companies. Respond to issues and inquiries.
