Social media management and content creation. I help film, edit and post videos for the company's Youtube, Instagram and Facebook pages; in addition, I post photos, events and other content onto social media. I help regulate the Google and Yelp pages, partner with other local businesses, create designs for printed promotional material and help develop promotions.

As a manager at On Stage, I helped in the day-to-day operations of the salon and help coordinate various aspects of the salon that included inventory, human resource and administration. I helped regulate inventory updating and adding new inventory into our system and by placing orders regularly to ensure we had appropriate level of product for retail and back-bar. In addition, I helped facilitate the new hire procedures, maintained scheduling needs for staff members, and provided performance evaluations for each service provider and for the salon based on reports. I enjoyed the various aspects of problem-solving that I encountered in this position, whether it was rearranging a schedule to make it more efficient or discovering the cause of a transaction or drawer discrepancy.

My job responsibilities as a receptionist included taking phone calls, scheduling appointments efficiently, processing payments, reconciling the drawers, keeping the salon clean and communicating with the hairstylists. As a receptionist, I discovered my passion for customer service. I enjoyed getting to know our customers and strove to make every aspect of a customer's experience in the salon exemplary.
