Manage Firmwide Attorney Recruiting, Professional Development, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Manage sourcing, vetting, recruitment, onboarding and integration processes, including mentor program, for all attorneys and summer associates. Manage the associate and summer associate review processes. Responsible for Firmwide Attorney Recruiting and PD Budget.

Manage attorney and law student recruitment. Drive 12-month campus recruitment cycle; coordinate nationwide interview programs, manage applicant tracking program, establish relationships with 60+ candidates from initial campus interviews through localized meetings and bring in top talent with innovative individualized recruitment strategies.Work with firm hiring committee to establish anticipated needs and desired outreach plans. Manage annual Summer Associate Program (May-September); oversee pre-employment protocols, supervise development for 20+ candidates, administer evaluation meetings, plan team events, communicate effective messaging and create training programs. Coordinate national recruiting & diversity initiatives. Work within nationwide recruiting network to implement cost-effective recruiting strategies and market positioning techniques. Develop & maintain diversity pipeline programs and employment opportunities. Implement local diversity events and manage community outreach. Attend external recruitment events.
