At a not-for-profit financial publication with global reach, I played a role in elevating our online presence and expanding our international audience, by executing marketing strategies tailored to our particular mission. My strategies always involved prior tailored research. Sure, blank templates might do the trick but there's nothing better in marketing than truly knowing your audience, right?

Collaborating with the director and editor-in-chief to architect reconstruction strategies (+revamping ownership structure and editorial division setup), I conducted in-depth analyses to identify performance drivers. throughout, I ensured data accuracy through computation, recording, and proofreading.

I helped to oversee our flagship projects, delivering the media and communication agenda for our various royal, governmental and luxury global clients. My role included coordinating a number of high-profile international campaigns and celebrations on behalf of clients including the Royal British Legion, the Rolls-Royce and Bentley owners clubs, the Daily Mail and, SSAFA for the VE day 75th Anniversary at the Royal Albert Hall, and the History of Parliament Trust.

I led a team of 4 in opening and closing the store, managing internal repairs, validating deliveries, stock take, wastage reports, etc. I definitely spread my positive energy throughout the day, made some good contacts through the customers too.

I took an active role in the creative culinary process by contributing innovative ideas for new dishes, suggesting distinctive flavour and colour palettes, and introducing inventive plating techniques. This restaurant became particularly busy past-midday and it had a fine-dining air to it, so plating, personal presentation, and speediness - were definitely up there!I

This was an amazing kitchen to work at. Padella has a strong reputation in London with award-winning dishes, with people queueing around the corner. I rolled a variety of Italian doughs and turned them into beautifully shaped pasta, paired with truly mouth-watering sauces. I also learned some pretty nifty knife skills.
