As the Hospitality Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafe to ensure smooth and efficient service. My role involves leading, motivating, and managing a team of staff members, including scheduling and training. I am required to provide exceptional customer service, interact with guests, motivate staff, and maintain a fun and upbeat atmosphere. Additionally, I ensure correct procedures are followed for tills and cash handling in line with company protocols. I also handle customer issues, concerns, or complaints effectively and escalate when necessary, while reviewing feedback to inform improvements. I work closely with management to organise relevant staff development and training, review and improve policies, procedures, and systems, and report any maintenance issues immediately. Furthermore, I ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements and legislation, oversee first aid and operating procedures, and ensure adherence to all relevant hygiene, Health & Safety procedures/Safe Working Practice H.A.C.C.P. and C.O.S.H.H.

As a wedding coordinator, I was responsible for various tasks related to planning and executing my client's wedding. I performed both creative and administrative duties, such as answering client and vendor emails, as well as managing the minute details of the ceremony, such as table arrangements. I was expected to provide expert assistance to the couple before and on their wedding day to ensure that the event runs smoothly.

Founded by the Leicht brothers in 1928, their kitchens are a stunning blend of top-notch engineering and exquisite materials and colours. With a wide range of design options, from modern handle-less kitchens to classic designs for those with traditional tastes, Leicht truly has something for everyone.

During my time with Benchmarx, a nationwide supplier of kitchen materials, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the trade industry. While Benchmarx primarily caters to trade installers, they also provide personalized support to homeowners, ensuring that the design of their kitchen space is both practical and tailored to their lifestyle.
