The position has required me to take responsibility for content accuracy, functional performance, user experience and meeting accessibility guidelines.Some of my core responsibilities include creating original digital media assets, such as videography projects, webpages and social media campaigns. I’ve been an integral part of digital projects such as We Find The Way brand awareness campaign, The Journey of a Guide Dog digital series, and Pups to Partnerships documentary.I am also responsible for the user journeys pertaining to our guide dog service and was tasked with creating accessible digital content to support our partnerships throughout their lifetime together.
