In a nutshell, I transform data into meaningful, consumable presentations. In other words, I create decision-making dashboards and reports using my knowledge of the enterprise data sources and reporting tools. In my current role as Senior Reporting Solutions Consultant at Grange Insurance, I focus on creating valuable, sustainable solutions that assist stakeholders in evaluating our current business and determining our future goals. It is my job to oversee requirements and report development. Professionally, I am motivated by working with others, utilizing my problem-solving skills, and continuously learning, which have helped me achieve such accomplishments as overseeing department projects and completing my MBA. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with family and friends or singing in an international award-winning Sweet Adeline's (women's barbershop) chorus. What I appreciate about my job is being able to pursue both my personal goals and professional passions – honestly, I think it makes me a better co-worker and, eventually, a manger.
