• Educate members about their financial options• Retain solid knowledge of credit union products and services• Identify members expressed and unexpressed needs through open and closed questioning and active listening• Establish and cultivate strong member relationships with new and existing members• Apply customer service training in verbal and written communications• Served as a site expert during a system core conversion- provided assistance and instruction to colleagues on navigation and use of new software

• Assist with information literacy instruction sessions• Design and execute engaging and creative library displays and events• Collaborate with librarians and Students K-12 Instructors to help National History Day research events run smoothly• Create and maintain library guides using LibGuides• Professionally handle reference interactions, both in person and remotely

• Train new employees on copiers, book drops, study room reservations, printing, reimaging of laptops and other equipment• Supervise public services student assistants when head of circulation is absent (nights/ weekends)• Perform opening and closing duties

• Recommend titles for selection and de-accession from the uncatalogued collection• Prepare pathfinders for National History Day topics• Use MARC formatting to add and update catalog records for more effective searching• Catalog the Belgian-American collection by creating bibliographic, holdings, and item records

• Assist patrons with all inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person• Shelve books and other library holdings according to Library of Congress Classification system• Shelf read, charge/discharge books and library holdings • Reimage all laptops, iPads, and equipment

• Answer research questions via phone, chat, email, and in person• Assist patrons with research projects and school assignments• Refer patrons to relevant resources or research librarians as needed• Occasionally test new databases and report findings
