I am a UX Researcher who loves conducting research to help teams better understand their users and ultimately inform product direction and design. I have experience with a wide range of research methodologies with particular expertise in usability testing and customer interviewing.We always have something fascinating to learn from our users. Engaging with them can be incredibly humbling. The trick is maintaining the discipline and curiosity to seek out those users, discover insights, apply those insights to the product, and iterate. Any team who follows the principles of user-centered design and iterative development understands that the research component is a full-time job.It takes a specialist to manage participant recruitment, gather research goals, design studies, prepare the testing environment, conduct the study, analyze and interpret the results, communicate the findings, and consult with the team on the next iteration.
