I love my job! Kairos Adventures empowers people with varying abilities to discover and develop their unique, God-given potential and purpose through a community engagement and creative arts program. Kairos Adventures is all about helping people be their best selves. Along with working directly with participants, I've been tasked with helping provide KA with the systems and procedures they need to grow. In the next year, I will select and implement a CRM and improve communication systems with participants, families, volunteers, and our partners. Stay tuned! More to come.

• Encouraging families with children from birth to fifth grade in the spiritual development of their children through age-appropriate Bible instruction and activities.• Launched new family nights, serving opportunities, and classes that were instrumental in doubling the number of children and families attending on a regular basis.

• Collaborated with staff and volunteers to encourage and promote community in the church.• Supported small group leaders by providing the resources and training they needed to host their groups.

• Partnered with team members to write, edit, and deliver a 3-year Bible curriculum for ages 2-14 that is used around the world Resourcewell.org.• Managed website by uploading content and providing support to website users.

Highlights• Developed a 3-year Bible curriculum for ages 2-3.• Recruited and managed more than 170 volunteers for the annual Daddy-Daughter Dance.

• Recruited and enrolled over 300 adults completing their bachelor's degree. • Evaluated transcripts and experiential learning credit for college credit. • Monitored student progress and initiated meetings with students to review their program completion goals to ensure student success. • Taught workshops related to experiential learning credit.
