As an assistant to the marketing team, I am involved in creating, implementing and managing digital strategy and content across multiple social platforms. I work to align brand design across the EDB social platforms, website and consumer facing materials. I build digestible external-facing assets out of complicated internal resources, and improve user experience by collaborating with web team to revamp website pages. Additionally, I dissect and analyze interview transcripts to organize prevalent themes for our promotional video content.

I was chosen by competitive selection to present my talk at the TEDxBentleyU event. I utilized passionate public speaking to change the way people think about their waste and re-frame a “problem” in sustainability as an “opportunity” to create and innovate.

I maintained lasting member relationships by providing personable and professional customer service. I was able to prioritize multiple tasks in high stress situations and adapt to the fast paced and constantly changing environment of the club. It was necessary to effectively communicate both with guests and especially other employees in a team work environment.

In my role as the Marketing Chair, I worked to maximize brand cohesiveness. In doing this, I created a timeless logo and other marketing materials. I spearheaded the planning of the organization's biggest event and oversaw the day of events, deliveries, set up and take down. This role demanded required strong communication between departments, other on campus organizations and outside vendors.

As a seasoned employee of Mount Snow, I established a repertoire with resort owners and recurring customers. I answered phone calls, arranged reservations and manipulated server rotations with a moments notice. I prepared bills, processed payments and was trusted to deposited cash and receipts after the establishment closed.
