Lead the Field and Supply Chain Learning and Development team of 28 to build and implement training strategy and talent competencies for Target's 1800+ Stores and field offices, as well as the Supply Chain Organization representing all distribution centers and headquarters, a total combined audience of 330k+. Ensured team delivered on both core and future strategy, consulted with business leaders and HR to drive alignment across priorities and delivered on the company's strategic purpose and values. Regularly facilitated and presented at C-level Store Executive meetings to influence and drive alignment on training vision and approach. Examples of work achieved: leader financial acumen and decision making, supply chain transformation, guest service, grocery process transformation, visual merchandising transformation, Human Resource process changes, assets protection, property management, compliance and safety. In addition to aforementioned items, lead cross functional training creation and implementation for Vice Presidents, District Managers and Store Managers at our two National meetings for audiences of 1,200 and 2,500, respectively. This is a three day experience with a multimillion dollar budget.Selected as one of an elite group of 40 across Target to participate in a fast paced, highly challenging training program reserved for those leaders who are known to be thought leaders, who approach problems with an open mind and who think outside the box. Was a year long, entrepreneurial development program which ended with a presentation of our work to Target's CEO, CMO, Chief Innovative Officer, Chief HR Officer and Chief Learning Officer, among others. Received high praise for work achieved and influential learnings for the company.
