With over 17 years of experience as an educator and over 10 years as a national program manager I can benefit any organisation by employing my management experience, expertise in training, communication and leadership skills to develop strong programs and initiatives.My natural leadership abilities compliment my diverse experience and skills through corporate, non-profit and RTO’s committed to supporting and driving strategic development and community change.
I am particularly knowledgeable in corporate and non-profit companies, with the additional unique experience gained living in Europe as a business English teacher. 3 years managing a national training program and team to deliver evidence based training to community, services, government and corporate clients. 7 years running the education strategy and initiatives for a non-profit organisation with the need to be involved with every aspect from meeting and reporting to MPs, to launching new programs and standing at the coalface educating directly to children and adults. Prior to this, I spent two years as a business English and Cambridge certificate teacher. Previously with three years as a learning and development consultant for Origin Energy with two distinct roles commencing as a department trainer and moving into a companywide project tasked with working across two states to deliver all training material and requirements.
