Hello! I graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business Administration. While attending school, I worked at The University of Texas at Tyler as a Teaching Assistant for the faculty and staff for the Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business and Technology. I completed a six month internship with Pine Cove and a year long internship with the Human Resources department at The Village Church in the Dallas metroplex area. I was hired on after the internship as a Project Manager at The Village Church, and then as a Groups Coordinator for our Home Groups Ministry. I live in Austin and now work as the Comms Project Manager at The Austin Stone.In early college I did volunteer work for a local non-profit that mentors at-risk teenagers. Volunteering with the organization was helpful for me to use my HR and business administration skills. In later years of college, working at Pine Cove have allowed me to use and develop my skills in communication, task and people management, and team building. I have been involved with various college organizations that have helped development my diverse skill set.
