Current- UX and content design for post purchase transactional communications including email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
- Research and develop plans to test new email and push notification features to improve customer experience.
- QA for developed emails and worked with product and engineering teams to deploy 100+ transactional email templates
- Wrote content strings for use in 200+ transactional email subject lines, SMS, and push notifications for approx. 1 billion+ customers.
- Presenting content recommendations relating to phrasing, tone, and grammar to the Customer Experience team, Enterprise Customer Communications team, and stakeholders, using Miro and PowerPoint
- Updating design of transactional emails in Figma to be more helpful to customers, and WCAG compliant
