Secondment alongside Corporate Stewardship Team Manager Position

• Creation and implementation of bespoke Letters of Claim on behalf of the Company
• Champion for bespoke inhouse system named BrightOffice this includes maintenance and creation of workflows, letters and reports
• Training new employees on the use of the system
• Carrying out research and implementing new procedures for new areas of the business including Pension Transfers and Package Bank Account Reclaims
• Running daily and monthly MI Reports to ensure targets are met and to assist forecasting for future revenue
• Dealing with external providers and to provide up to date reports

• Making outbound calls to potential clients to refer personal injury cases to appropriate solicitors
• Acquiring the relevant information to process a claim and giving updates during the claim
• Making sign up appointments and ensuring relevant paperwork is signed and returned
• Managing and updating diary to include callbacks and sign up times
• Meeting and exceeding both individual and team targets
• Carrying out administration and e-mail tasks including RTA (Road Traffic Accident) paperwork and transferring Hotkeys to solicitors
